Welcome to the Cocoa Suites! This recently converted development exudes quality and makes for the ideal stay in York; be it a weekend getaway or a home from home on business.

The kitchen features a stylish quartz worktop and LED strip lighting with a luxurious tiled finish underfoot. The dining area in the apartment features a dinner table with seating for 4.

The bedroom has a light and spacious feel to it with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled throughout and features a shower.

The apartment was perfectly placed for our short stay in York. We booked for 3 nights. We arrived early for check in and the apartment was ready and waiting. The check instructions were emailed days before and were ready to and east to follow. The position of the apartment meant we walked into and around every day with no need for the car...We had the perfect time and will definitely visit again.

Séjour très réussi à York dans un bel appartement

L’appartement est très bien placé et très calme (pas de voiture et vue sur un canal) depuis les fenêtres. Très central avec beaucoup de lignes de bus pour la ville et la campagne. Appartement confortable, arrangé avec goût et très bien équipé. A recommander.

Great Apartment

I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to York. The location is great - you are no more than a 10 minute walk all the attractions, and there are lots of nice restaurants close by. The apartment was very comfortable - good size bedroom and lounge. Kitchen is small but has everything you need for a short stay.

A beautiful flat, super-comfortable, well equipped and sparkling clean, all within a 10 minute walk of the city's historic centre. Everything you could need for a relaxing break. Thank you to all involved - we can't wait to come back!
