- After exploring the busy City of York, relax and rest your tiring feet in the garden gazebo, with a cold drink or a cuppa, whilst enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding.
Guests will full access to the property, this 2 bedroom quiet home is perfect for families, couple or friends. Overnight stay, a maximum of 6 guests, with the sofa bed extended.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are located downstairs. The living room has all the cosiness, warm blankets, game boards and 52" smart tv with top channels: Netflix and Amazon.
2 Bedrooms upstairs. Main bedroom has the king's size bed, simple but warmly welcoming. Other items are wardrobe, dressing table, ironing board, blow dryer and standing mirror. A cot can be provided upon request.
Second room is fitted with 2 single beds, and a sliding door that provides maximum space.
Rear garden is designed to provide an environment for relaxation. A wooden gazebo with lights and flowery skyline roof, including a set of rattan chairs.
A park and the river Ouse are located at the back of the property, ideal for a morning stroll.
Main amenities are within walking distance. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk that takes you into the city. The Railway Museum is 15 minutes walk, train station and town centre are 20 minutes walk.
Sorry, no pets allowed!

York Minster: One of the world's most magnificent cathedrals, known for its stunning stained glass and stone architecture. Visitors can climb the Central Tower for panoramic city views.
The Shambles: A historic, narrow street with overhanging medieval buildings dating back to the 14th century.
Clifford's Tower: The remains of York Castle, originally built by William the Conqueror in 1068.
River Ouse: The river runs through the city, with walkways that provide scenic routes and peaceful spots.
National Railway Museum: A popular destination with a large collection of railway artifacts and exhibits.
JORVIK Viking Centre: An attraction that takes visitors back to the year AD 960 with a ride through the reconstructed city of Jorvik.

Very clean home furnished to a very high standard. We slept really well and within a couple of minutes we were walking along the river right into town.We would 100% recommend to friends and family staying in the area

Great little property, just outside York City centre. a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river and you are in the city. Have no complaints, the property was clean, modern decor and facilities, well appointed kitchen, perfect for our needs.

A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.
