A great property in a wonderful location

The is a super little terraced house set in a wonderful location in the heart of Helmsley. The property is well fitted out and has everything you would need for a short to medium stay.

We had a super stay here. Location couldn’t be better. Clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished, cosy and nice quality linens and appliances. The back garden was perfect for the dogs. We have booked again.

When we arrived on 4th Aug there was a disgusting smell in the main bedroom and on the landing. We had to sleep in the smaller bedroom. We rang the host team on Tuesday am, they said they would send a maintenance team out. Nobody came Tuesday, messaged them again, same answer. After messaging them several times with no result we left the property early. They say they are investigating , we are still waithing. We want compensating for a holiday ruined . I would not recommend this house to anyone.
