「Our stay was mostly good with some confusion tossed in. There weren’t enough towels for the four of us, but that was resolved fairly quickly with brand new towels. It was unclear as to who was supposed to be dumping the “tank” and where to empty the trash. It’s a decent trailer, in a convenient location and very reasonable. After an unexpected change in our previously arranged lodging, and despite the confusion, I’m glad it was there!」

「I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet vacation!!」

「My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son in northern California. The house is huge and spotlessly clean and outfitted with everything need to make your stay comfortable. Since right down the road from Mt. Ashland this would be a remarkable place to base a ski vacation.」

「Everyone enjoyed the time we had at this property--very clean, all the amenities we needed, enjoyed its historical connection and associated family artifacts, the area felt very peaceful & relaxing, and saw a variety of wildlife around & near the property. We were there for my grandson's wedding in Talent, town north of Ashland, OR; and we appreciated the cooler temperature at the Homestead when we returned from the wedding, or after eating out in Ashland. 「This is a magical property. The grounds are gorgeous. And the house is comfortable and charming, with creative touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. There’s even a sweet cat named Mittens who comes by to visit and hang out on the porch. The home could be further improved by more counter space in the bathroom. Otherwise it’s perfect. We plan on staying again! 」

「Bedrooms were perfect for our group size and makeup. The kitchen was well-stocked - made pancakes, coffee, etc. The living room was comfortable with seating for our group plus two others that visited one day. We played games around the kitchen table. Several of our group enjoyed running on the roads in the area. Was nice that we could park in the garage!」

「We stayed here to celebrate my son‘s graduation from SOU. The kitchen was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, and the view was incredible! The drive was about 15 minutes outside of Ashland, which for us worked just fine. We had six grown adults in our party. Two couples and two singles, which was perfect with one adult sleeping on a couch. More and it would’ve been very close quarters and difficult sleeping. I would highly recommend for the views alone!」
