Not the worst but kind of meh
The house had a nice layout. The backyard was fun for the kids and dogs. The kitchen appliances were nice, decor was very cute and the beds were comfortable. The house itself was dirty, smelled like dog pee and there was a lot of dog hair, even covering the bath mats before we even got there. I brought my two small dogs, so I’m used to some hair but the smell wasn’t great. They need to get rid of that front rug. The house is also super sparse. We were only allowed one kitchen trash bag and one hand towel for the entire house. I called customer service when we got there, thinking I was missing something. The rep seemed to be pretty bothered that I even asked, but she said someone would be by the next day to drop off towels and trash bags. They never showed up. I had to call again. The items finally showed up Sunday afternoon. We were checking out the next morning. We were four adults, two kids, two dogs. I don’t think it’s an outlandish idea to have hand towels in the bathrooms for washing hands. And at least two trash bags for the Friday to Monday stay. I wouldn’t stay there again, and I’d recommend calling the customer service line to ask exactly what basic amenities are provided. The online handbook was also sparse. Definitely don’t stay here with crawling children. My one year old is walking but he still found some gross stuff under the couch, including what looked like either vape or hash oil.
