We were in a quiet neighborhood with lots of local shopping and trains very close by yet the neighborhood was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop! We arrived in Haneda late and took the train to our hotel. I would say it was 45 minutes of travel. Our host met us at 11pm local just to make sure we could get in.
