The hotel is 5 mins walk away from the JR station which is extremely convenient to all passengers. The facilities are awesomely designed and well maintained. I love the build in onsen inside my room as well as the free private onsen on 6/F. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional.

Very nice hotel and great location
Best hotel I have ever stayed. Free local speciality food, ice, complimentary drinks, private owsen for customers to use. Room is nice, clean, spacious and posh decor. Near the train station with shops nearby. Couldn’t be better.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Onsen is very nice. Staffs are helpful. Kids friendly property. Be aware you may have to queue to get a seat for breakfast. They have free parking on site. Or 5 min walk to train station. 7-11 convenient store in walkable distance as well. Ski hiring shop and restaurants nearby. Very convenient location!

The room is so cozy and comfy. And the location is very convenient to JR station and the ski resort. Dinner is not as good as expected. The most amazed us is the staff gave us the mask when we needed! When I asked for first time to one of the staff, he said no and refused to give me. When I checked out and asked another staff, he gave two masks to us!!! It is reli amazed me during this harsh period as I forget to bring the mask from Tokyo !

Overall experience is great. Even though staff’s English are not very good, but they did try their very best to assist us. And the food provided (both breakfast and dinner) are really nice, much better than what we expected. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect except the services in the restaurant was not as good as expected, couple staffs were not so friendly and with no smile, too rush for the dinner. If the hotel cannot manage late dinner so well, they might make it earlier, only 1.5 hours for full set dinner is not enough

Good value for money
The hotel is quite new, clean, good customer services and close to the train station and restaurants. Specially the public hot spring, it is very nice. I will definitely be back. However, since we have experienced a heavy rainy skiing day, it would be good to provide heater somewhere for drying clothes as the heater function of the air conditions in my room seems not function.
