「This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!」

「I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. 「This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. 」

「I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property.
