The location was convenient for exploring Zadar. We didn't find some members of the reception or restaurant staff very friendly.

Heritage hotel Bastion
The staff was amazing. Ivan, at check in, walked out to our car to greet us and he was wonderful. He told us of all the places to visit in his area as well as other places that are a must see on our visit throughout Croatia. He was cheerful and informative.
