Simply stunning! A staff member met our airport transfer vehicle at the gate of the Medina and led us to the property. This was essential as otherwise it would have been challenging to find it! “Se ve que las fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, pues el hotel ya no se parece mucho con el aspecto actual; aunque reservamos 3 habitaciones, nos acomodaron en solo 2 habitaciones, faltaban toallas, bajé por ellas y no tenían, me pidieron esperar para que llegaran de la lavandería, faltaban sábanas y cobijas, no había un solo vaso, a pesar de que las habitaciones tienen cocina. Nos fuimos pasando la primera noche y pues como era de esperarse, no obtuvimos reembolso por la noche faltante. El……
