“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called……

“Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀”
