Rules: Pets, parties, events, and smoking indoors are not allowed. The grill may only be used in suitable weather and is prohibited during windy conditions. Only wood may be used in the fireplace; burning other materials is forbidden. Please leave the house as clean as you found it. After midnight, music and any noise that could disturb others are not permitted.



The property features water-saving systems and guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is provided onsite. Sustainable materials were used for insulation. Due to the mountain location, we recommend arriving during daylight hours. Although check-out is at 11:00, a late check-out is possible upon request.
