room badly needs deep cleaning and renovating
Their toilet was filled with limescale which was really disappointing. They didn't even inform us that we need to inform them before they will clean the room so our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as we just turned on the make up room switch. The staff were okay. After a couple of days, their lift was out of order so we needed to take the stairs every time and it was really a struggle on the day of our check out as we had 3 large luggages. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to help us bring our stuff at the reception area after I asked him.

Solo First trip to Zamboanga
My stay at Winzelle suites was marvelous. I enjoyed the silence and calmness of the area. The lift was so modern and silent. It was really a great holiday.. The accessibility right deep in the center of the city with abundant public transport, well respectful, helpful and dedicated professional staff. Without a doubt, i will be back even though the internet was not as great as it should be..

Worst experience. No parking area. Not recommended for those travelers who bring there own car.

We do have a parking area but as of now due to the implementation of the clearing and organizing of parking areas and pedestrian sidewalks in the city, we can only cater to motorcycles parking only. This is the worst hotel I have been to. They do not even provide drinking water. Ammenities even soap or shampoo and conditioner in too small no toothbrush not even tooth paste. No slippers. No room service menubook no writing pads. Bed is not comfortable. it is not worth the money I paid for. I hope expedia does not put it in its roster anymore

Nice place to stay, fast WiFi, located in the city of zamboanga, no foul odors from the sewage coming from the toilets in the hotel ( usual problem with other hotel we stayed)and helpful staff.

Comfy hotel, and very accessible
very good stay and very accessible. i can move about in the town and back! i stayed here 1 night, then 2 nights and then 3 nights! great and comfortable place! i always get the 3rd floor rooms, coz its the rooms with windows.

we need to go to the hospital since my father was hospitalize and every morning I went to the hotel to sleep since I was scheduled for night watcher but it seems the hotel cut the electricity every 12nn so entire time that Im sleeping Im like almost suffocated they reopen the electricity the time when I went down and told them. very unprofessional.

サンボアンガの中心にあるこじんまりしたホテル
サンボアンガの中心部に位置しており、斜向いと並びにモールが２件あります。どちらも小規模ではありますが。このホテルは同系列のホテルが２軒あり、白タクで行くときは紛らわしいです。が、間違っても警備員さんが誘導してくれました。徒歩圏内です。ホテルは改装したばかりのようで奇麗です。ドアのセキュリティ等も問題ないです。部屋はWベッドで頼んだのですが、普通の広さ。部屋内にあるのは、テレビとエアコンのみです。冷蔵庫やミニバーはありません。もちろんセーフティーボックスもありません。シャワーはお湯は熱いのがでますが、湯量は寂しいです。これは致し方ありません。アメニティはおまけ程度のシャンプーと石鹸です。スタッフはみなさん良かったです。 とにかく値段が安くて安全なので素泊まりと考えれば充分です。 過去にはエバーオーホテルとグランドアストリアホテルにしたことがあります。食事等を考えるならばグランドアストリアが良いと思います。

they do not give infos, that the room has no window. a/c is loud and ineffectiv, shower just few drops, women will never get the shampoo out watertap not fixed accomodation is cheap, bed is ok
