「I would not recommend this company or this apartment (The Penthouse) to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay after a day on the mountain. On arrival, the apartment was cold. The radiators were on but barely warm, and the overall temperature was uncomfortable. That evening, we contacted the host to explain that we were travelling with our 2-year-old child and that the apartment was too cold. We received no response.
