Spring break getaway

It was clean and organized. There are a few things that could improve but overall it served our purpose.

Great location, nice house. Love the walking distance to the beach. One thing that can be improved is the backyard needs some work. Back porch needed to be swept off. Needs better patio furniture outside with an umbrella. Backyard was just dirt and rocks, not useable. For the price, should be able to enjoy the backyard more. Also large stains on carpet in living room, back screen door broken. With those improvements would give 5 stars.

Getaway with friends

The property is easy to get to and the house was set up well to enjoy friends and family. We had a nice time. It needs a little TLC and deep cleaning. Stained carpet, lot's of dust and cob webs, pool cues and table are a bit broken. I didn't understand that there was only central heat and not AC. We opened the windows and used the fans and did alright. Enjoyed the back patio but again this could use some TLC. This place has potential to be really nice with just a few upgrades and some good cleaning. Thank you.
