“Staff were amazing”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and, most importantly, its incredible staff. The property itself is beautiful, our room was amazing, and the view we had was simply wonderful. Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and made our holiday feel truly special. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness of the staff. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to help us. We had……

“We found the property without any difficulties. Lenica greeted us at the gate when we pressed the buzzer and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Throughout our stay she regularly checked in to see if everything was fine and gave recommendations on places to visit. Her entire family were friendly and welcoming and her mother even gave us gifts of food on occasion incuding on arrival which was very much appreciated. We found our stay there very relaxing and really enjoyed the amazing view……

He also kindly allowed us to……

This experience put our lives in danger. We arrived around 9 PM. The hotel manager said that he had sold the room. He did not know there was a reservation through……
