"Overall this was a pleasant stay at a fairly new hotel, so everything was quite clean. I did run in to a couple of issues (1) I dropped off laundry before the cutoff time and my items were not returned by 6pm as indicated on the paperwork. I need to go to the front desk to request getting my laundry back. (2) My room was not cleaned twice during a 10 day visit, so this was surprising. When I asked about this, I was told my "do not disturb" light was on, which was just not the case. The breakfast selection is great and the area surrounding the hotel is also Noce"
