Zimbabwe Spa Hotel

"The hotel is very modern with outlets that accept North American plugs, as well as European plugs, and local African plus. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to plug in all my North American devices (phones and laptops) without needing a converter. The dinner at the hotel was phenomenal. Some of the best Chinese food I've had anywhere. And quite affordable. Took advantage of their spa services and enjoyed a massage. They have lots of local shops just outside to browse/purchase souvenirs. And they are located a few minutes away from the Victoria Falls entrance. "

"It was a nice stay. Although, the shower pressure was not really giving it for me. Otherwise, great stay. Also, I was on my own and had breakfast for two. I was requesting if i can also have pancakes on top of my other order - the server wasn’t to keen to fulfill this reasonable request."

"This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!"

"Amazing customer service and they really cared. I asked for advice on things to do in Victoria Falls and the staff not only recommended events but set up and arranged my choices. It’s morning the middle of town but very 5 minute drive to mostly everything I wanted to do. "
