Apartment (number 5) upstairs middle is equipped as follows. • 1 bathroom and 1 shower • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 living room with sofa, dining area and kitchenette • 1 balcony • 1 car parking space (number 5) • A dog is welcome in the apartments 4, 5 and 6 by appointment , On request, several dogs are possible. The floors are covered with laminate in the living area and tiles are in the bathroom.

The house Rubert with its 7 apartments is located in Zinnowitz near the beach and the center. • Different floor plans from a 1-room apartment to 3-room apartments are available for 2 to 5 persons each. • The apartments on the ground floor have partly covered terraces, the upper floor apartments each have spacious balconies. • In the upper floor apartments may be brought on request 1 dog each. • Guests can make free calls to the German fixed network and use a high-speed Internet access via LAN (no guaranteed feature if the router ever fails).
