“The rental was comfortable, clean and had all the basic amenities you would need. The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The night we stayed the forecast called for snow; a neighbor advised us of off street parking rules for plowing. I reached out to host for verification, and he confirmed. Would’ve appreciated it if he advised us ahead of time since we weren’t……

“We enjoyed the accommodations and the proximity to Ricketts Glenn for our hike. The firepit and bubble tent were a nice addition. The town was quaint and Westover’s was a casual restaurant for dinner our first night. ”

“House was clean and beautiful and had everything youd need. Plenty of space for a family of 6! Hosts were also easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We loved our stay here and plan on returing next time we visit Pottsville ”

“Very nice condo, pet friendly and easy access to walk dog. The rooms were clean and we had a Weiss nearby and ordered very good take out from Sand Springs Country Club. Very convenient to I 80 and was about 20 mins to get to Eagle Rock Resort for the Triathlon.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were super comfortable, check-in quick and easy, Plenty of room for my extended family to visit and spend time together! We traveled with a 4 yr old who enjoyed the video games and a 1 yr old, having a high chair and bassinet available was amazing! Overall house was huge, clean and we enjoyed our time there. We will be back!”

“The hosts were very welcoming and responsive although very little communication was needed. Everything was easy to find and very clean. You could tell that someone had taken the time to do a thorough cleaning job. We've had experiences where that wasn't the case. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Everything worked well, and there was even the added touch of coffee on the counter and creamer in the refrigerator. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house is spacious and family……

“This place was awful. Dirty cloths and some weird laundry basket when you walked in. Bedrooms were dark and poorly maintained. Building looked like it was a half way house. Very scary appearance and people hanging around. In the basement of this falling apart building..my family could not stay there. Left immediately. ”

The location of the home is perfect. The restaurant at the clubhouse, Sand Springs Grille, is a great place for lunch, dinner, and/or a drink. We will be returning.”
