The only downside was the location—it was quite far from most of the main tourist attractions and points of interest in Rio de Janeiro, so getting around took more time than expected. 「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !! As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said...

「I would give property amenities and location 4 stars, but our room itself between 2 or 3. The location is so quiet unlike Copacabana and Ipanema. The beach is quiet and the crew that rents chairs are wonderful. Our room was disappointing mostly because the potential was so large. First the good: breakfast had a decent selection, the heated pool was a nice touch, kids play area was wonderful when we needed a change of scenery.
