Stay in a unique place for your next vacations in Corsica...Pretty villa of 3 rooms, feet in the water, ideally located on the beach of Pinarello to some steps of the marine village of PinarelloMAIN ASSETS- Unique location - on the beach of Pinarello- Large plot of land of 2000 m2 under the pine trees entirely fenced- Walking distance to restaurants, ice-cream parlors, cafe, water activities and SPA- Free water sports equipment (canoe, kayak) and games available on site- Welcome basket and housekeeping offered- Sheets, towels, dish towels and beach towels provided- Baby equipment availableINTERIORThe villa consists of a living room with fireplace and a sunken dining room with sea view.An independent kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.The night area is composed of three bedrooms with sea view:Room 1 : Queen Size bed 160*200 with cupboard and access to terrace - sea viewRoom 2 : Queen Size bed 160*200 with cupboard and access to terrace - sea viewRoom 3 : 2 * single beds 90*200 with cupboard and terrace access - sea view. Possibility of bringing the beds together to form a King Size 180*200 bed.An independent bathroom with bath and toilet. Hair dryer available.EXTERIORThe outside space is nicely arranged with a small outside living room facing the sea to enjoy the sunrise.A dining area with a table for 8 people and a barbecue.Also available: 2 sunbeds, umbrella, ping-pong table, canoe kayak, toys for children.The land is fully fenced and access to the beach is through a small secure gate.Outside, the garage provides access to the washing machine, two refrigerators and an additional shower, ideal for beach trips.NEARBY- On the beach of Pinarello- A few steps from the Pinarello nautical base- 1 minute walk from the marine village of Pinarello- 4 km from Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio- 10 km from the natural swimming pools of Cavu- 20 km from Porto-VecchioACCESS- 20 km from Porto-Vecchio and its maritime station- 40 km from the airport of FigariADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Animals not allowed- No smoking inside the accommodation- Welcome basket and cleaning offered- Sheets, bath towels, dish towels and beach towels provided- Baby equipment available (baby bed and high chair)- A deposit of 2000 € will be requested.- Tourist tax : the maximum amount of the tourist tax is 2.20 € per person and per day.
