We LOVED our stay! If I could give the staff more than five stars I would - they were all absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is very cool, and we made a lot of use of our balcony. I would stay again if I am in Zurich.

The most charming boutique hotel ♥️

This charming boutique hotel is located in the heart of Old Town with very access to the tram and walking distance to the must see sites including museums. I loved my king room that had the feel of home with under lighting and bay windows overlooking the cobble stone court yard. Equipped with an upscale Nespresso machine with complimentary sodas and juice, including chilled glasses. The attention to detail was phenomenal which also included every size electrical adapter in the desk. Zurich id now my new Paris primarily because of this charming hotel that I plan to return yearly.

Beautiful 3 day stay in Zurich

Wonderful room and it was perfect for 2 people. Quick check in & the mini bar was a nice touch.. This hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. It’s about a 10 minute easy walk from the train. We will stay here again!!!!

Such a lovely little hotel with delightful and helpful staff. Our room was quite spacious and immaculately clean with comfortable beds. It is close to all public transportation and very walkable. It also has an elevator for those that might not be able to navigate the steps.

Hotel was in a great location in downtown Zurich. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only things that we didn't like were that there was no air conditioning (the room got uncomfortably hot at night which made it difficult to sleep -- we tried the fan in the room but it was too loud even with earplugs and we tried opening the window but it was too loud because the clocktower chimes every half hour). Also, the washroom door faces the door and is clear glass (not frosted) so it's not very private. The elevator is kind of slow, but I think it's because it's an old building.

A wonderful hotel and location.

I love this hotel, walking out to the what looked like beautiful cobble stone court yards in the mornings, and returning to such a lively court yards filled with people , bistro's resturants with tables outside and people enjoying different cuisines. There are several restaurants to choose from, one being a sushi restaurant adjacent to the hotel, very good sushi! The room was a very good size, comfortable, with a little kitchenett, living area and bedroom. Comfortable bed. Also the hotel was a short walk to river, where the boat house is to catch the ferries, a short walk to the opera house and court. A short walk to the train station. It was nice to sit and enjoy music by the river. A 10 minute walk from the hotel. Everything you need, or need to get to is within walking distance of the quaint historic hotel in old town Zürich. I for sure will recommend this hotel and or teturn to stay. Love it! Theres a little noise from people enjoying the evening at the restaurants, but i enjoyed the sounds and it didnt prevent me from getting a good nights sleep.
