Absolutely beautiful hotel. I stayed there for my wedding night. Staff were so friendly, "room" was massive (more like a suite in my opinion). Beautiful bathtub, great view.

I was celebrating my 38 yr anniversary. We stay for five days downtown Vancouver. I like that hotel was around everything. The hotel was very expensive I thought, the pictures they showed online was much prettier than the actual suite I purchased. The fridge was not working good and the space was tight I thought. Stayed five days and no cleaning service they told us. The suite was outdated, like it needed to be mopped the floors .Overall the level Vancouver Yorktown Seymour hotel and suite was ok. But I was still disappointed with the room. I was on the first floor . We just made the best of the stay.

Good downtown location. Easy walk to bus stops and train station. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly and courteous staff. William at the Dahlia/Rooftop restaurant bar is very friendly. Our room was spacious enough. Had to ask for extra hangers since the room had four for two of us. When asked, they promptly brought us a few. All the amenities are decent. The shower is small and needs a good cleaning. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Two out of three days, definitely rushed cleaning. Third day, the room definitely wasn’t vacuumed. The floor carpet needs a good shampooing. We did enjoy our stay mainly due to the location. We appreciated that our requests were promptly attended to.

I travel to Vancouver once a month and this was my second time choosing to stay at the PacRim. Jesse at the front desk made my check-in easy and pleasant. He accommodated my requests and followed up to ensure I had a great experience. Also, Travis and Patrick at valet go out of their way to greet guests with a smile. The only disappointment is that all rooms are pet-friendly. Although, I love pets, I unfortunately have allergies. The room had some residual pet dander which caused my allergies to flare up. However, the housekeeping lead ensured the room was deep cleaned to avoid any future sleep disruptions. Overall, great hotel in a great location.
