When flying back home from your wonderful adventure trip around Iceland and you need a place to stay close to the airport this is it. Great food, great location, a spa, first class service, then you need to experience this hotel. If you are flying in and have a layover, then don’t cheat yourself out of this hotel. My wife and I loved everything about it and you will too.

The room was not ready for us at time of check-in. The kitchen is not well supplied. There was only one pa and many of the expected utensils were not provided. It made difficult to prepare meals as we planed. The shower leaks water on the floor and we had to use most of the towels to keep the floor dry. There were not enough towels. The duvet on the bed was too hot to sleep with. It would be great if there was an alternate set of light blankets. There was a lot of noise from the room above us and the street. Also, the hotel should provide better explanation on the on street parking, This requires installing a parking app, creating and account, adding payment info. Also there are different parking zones. It would be great to have all this info ahead of time.
