I really enjoyed my stay at GRAND MONday Ueno Okachimachi. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. It’s also in a great spot—super close to the station and within walking distance to the markets and Akihabara. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location is close to a major train station, shops and restaurants. Aesthetics of the room is 👍 but the space is a little cramp especially if you max the occupancy. Cute kitchenette with complete amenities but no place to sit and enjoy your meal. Staff are all nice and polite- very efficient check in and out.

We love how spacious, clean, convenient and practical the room is. Staff were friendly, always ready to greet us when leaving and returning. Will visit again.

Excellent property. Clean, near mass transportation. Accommodating staff. Good food options and close to the Tokyo Tower.

Property needs updating in terms of modern IT needs. Very few outlets and plugs for computer charging etc.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

A big step up from the typical business hotel. The motorized bed and projector screen, along with easy HDMI access made it really easy to watch media with my Amazon Fire stick. There's an amazing rooftop lounge and free happy hour beer everyday at 5:30pm. It's a fun, high tech hotel in a convenient location - with access to several lines including direct access to Haneda airport. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area, including late night options. 2 minor complaints - the area is a bit sketchy and there are touts hanging around in front of the building at night. I just ignore them or tell them I'm not Japanese and they leave me alone. Also, I didn't really enjoy the included breakfast - if it's an extra cost I'd consider passing on it. Also I could hear a fair bit of street noise at night, even on the 5th floor. It might be worse on lower floors. If you're sensitive to that sort of thing, it's something to consider. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay there again. It's good value and a comfortable stay.
