We were shocked at the conditions of the Diamond Tower. Not only does it desperately need an update but the musty smell was overwhelming. Thankfully the staff was helpful and not at all surprised by our request to move buildings. The room we moved to was smaller and the deck much smaller but it was clean, updated, and didn’t smell musty. We didn’t even unpack - we moved.

The staff upgraded us to ocean view room. The room has srunning views of the ocean. One of our most memorable experiences in Maui!!. Thank you Hana-Maui! Will definitely go back in the future.
