Chinatown All inclusive Holidays

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.

Loved the location, got the best food court and coin laundry right across as well as the center of everything. Bathrooms were clean and this means a lot where its hard to find updated decent bathrooms even in 5 star hotels in brussel
