Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families. We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on.

Room was spacious enough for 4 people. The room was also very clean and it has kitchen and laundary machine as well. Everything in the room was very useful. In addition, staffs were very friendly and helpful. I recevied 5 stars services from every single staff member in this hotel.

enjoyed the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. Wish the AC worked better. Felt very warm at night

Having washer/dryer in the room is handy. In a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Rooms are big for Tokyo.

Crazy nice hotel with great staff and a really nice garden, it’s just a little out of the way of most things

The room was excellent and room features were great. LOVED the centrality of this hotel and access to multiple rail lines. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was very good, options were wide but the western options for sides were rather limited. Not a deal breaker and still plenty of food and selection choices. Staff was fantastic.
