Suez Canal All inclusive Holidays

When you first arrive it looks destroyed from the outside once you go up to level 6 and walk into the reception area it changes. The hotel and their rooms are very nice and clean. The views were beautiful. It is noisy. The highway is next to the hotel but I’m use to the noise. Didn’t bother me. Tours and transportation was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles !!!!

Just recently stayed at this hotel and loved everything about it the convenience of the pyramids the location and how helpful the staff is there. Jimmy and his family and staff made us feel very welcome like family and were there to help us have the best experience. The hotel was very nice. The rooftop with the breakfast every morning was amazing. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I also did a lot of excursions through the hotel which was easy and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My first room was clean then the ac decided to leak all over my suitcase and my clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up after it had already flooded my room. My suit which I had dry cleaned the day before was completely ruined as were half my clothes. That was out of their hands but what wasn't was the "upgraded" room they put me in, the only difference was that it had a larger window and a balcony thats basically unusable. Now the problem with that was I could hear the DJ blasting terrible music from my room and I couldn't even wash that noise out by playing music from my phone. That wasn't the only problem with the new room, the floor was full of dead bugs that for some reason multiplied whenever room service came in to clean the room, and that new window was very dirty and full of smudges that were there before I came in and were never cleaned by room service. I will say the room service in my first room was excellent and my first room was always cleaned properly. Most of the staff were extremely friendly except the girl that checked me in who was very grumpy. The breakfast was amazing and I really enjoyed it. Lunch and dinner were great too.
