We stayed in a corner room and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. Good coffee in the room and we enjoyed the steam shower. It is now our second visit and we will be back next time we are in Calgary as it easy access to the airport and city.

The bathtub needs to be replaced, the cleaning staff needs to be more diligent as the bathtub had hair in the corners of the tub and the edges .. requested the bathroom to be cleaned the following day and they still didn’t clean the tub well enough as hair remained and the edges still had pink gunk. The restaurant food was not good. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it had fat in it along with the skin being soggy. I then replaced it with a flat bread where I asked for it extra crispy and it was delivered soggy. The managers were understanding and embarrassed to say the least but I was in one of the nicer rooms… but due to the cleanliness it wasn’t so nice.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. We walked to the park and walked around the down. The room is clean and nice.
