Anna, Lisa, Jacky, Lily and the rest of the staff of Splendid were very helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and will be back on our next stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Starting out with the check-in. What you were being quoted is not the exact amount unless you play with cash. Credit card 3% service fee. I considered that a bake & switch. Room is good size but it is dated and it shows it's age. No breakfast onsite, you have walk about 1.5 blocks to another sister property for breakfast. The breakfast there was very limited in selection. The worst part is you can only choose ONE item. If you pick two fried eggs, you can't have the chicken noodle. Two fried eggs are all you can have from the menu that morning.

Este hotel está ubicado en una excelente zona, con fácil acceso a prácticamente todo lo que se necesita y a poca distancia a pie de numerosos restaurantes. A pesar de estar en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama tamaño king era muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos servicios especiales según nuestras preferencias alimentarias y planes de viaje y actividades. Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos encarecidamente su hotel.

Staff went completely out of their way to help at every opportunity

Amazing staff, very clean room, loved the rooftop bar. Close to lots of attractions. Very quiet as well.

Was in a two room suite for more than 5 days. It’s on the expensive side (using Vietnamese standards) For that, you get slightly more space than the cramped guest rooms in smelly Old Quater hotels. But visiting tourist attractions takes a slightly more time and negligible Grab ride cost. So budget your time accordingly. Inside room amenities are all there but quite old.(my shower head had about 1/2 of water nozzles blocked by years of mineral and calcium build up). Hallways had old dingy carpeting and had bit of an odor. Restaurant food didn’t look appetizing. (Much better food options outside). Service when requested was prompt and genuine.

Truly an exceptional hotel with an unbelievably attentive, caring, and genuinely kind staff! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!! Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing service!

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.
