The staffs are amazing. It was the one of the best hospitality services our family has experienced. I am highly recommend this place for the visitors to Korea. The amenities are amazing, the location is very convenient and the rooms are very clean and well designed.

One of the best hotel ever!

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Korea. An amazing experience from start to finish!

직원분들 다 친절하시고 방도 깨끗해서 잘 지내고 갔습니다. 옆 방에서 응급상황 때문에 조금 시끄럽긴 했는데 잘 땐 괜찮았습니다. 홍대처럼 소리 나는 것 싫어하시면 여기 좋습니다. 공항철도도 근처라 편해용
