Our flight arrived at 8am and we had been up since 2am. They would not let us check in until 4pm even though our room was ready at noon. If you want to check in early it's a $45 fee which is just insane. The fee is for...nothing. The room just sat up there ready and we just waited in the lobby tired and desperate to shower. Such a scam and money grab. Any other hotel anywhere else lets you check in if the room is ready. That was crazy and not very customer forward. We booked a room for respite after a long day of travel and it was being witheld from us for extra money.

It was a wonderful hotel with a fabulous central location and monorail station at the hotel. Perfect for navigating the strip with as little time in the heat as possible for summer. And not a bad walk to the Sphere.
