Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Front desk and door attendants were very helpful and friendly as we had questions about what subway to get to. Would have liked to have complimentary coffee each morning but were only given 2 vouchers for coffee.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely, staff was accommodating and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and included in the price of the room was an outstanding daily breakfast buffet as well as a light dinner service. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just blocks from the theater district and MoMA. We will be staying here each time we come to NYC. Highly recommend!!

We were very pleasantly surprised by how cool the hotel was! Entering, you realize that it is very stylish from the lobby area to the rooms. The room we rented was a large studio with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. You could smell how clean it was upon entering the room. It is bare bones but that's exactly what we needed. It was so interesting that the shower was right there in the room and you could see that someone was in there but you couldn't see them. It worked great. The front desk staff recommended a local restaurant for us and it was amazing! No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the area.
