Property was beautifully appointed and friendly staff. However it was hard and frustrating to find a staff member for breakfast service on both mornings when we stayed . Also we had gone out to pool area and no staff members were managing the area so we had to look for towels .
We wished there were more fitness offerings / group exercise classes during the week .

Hotel room needs a renovation. Bed uncomfortable and bedding very shabby. Shades were ridiculous. Staff very nice. Elevators work well. Gym equipment very limited. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!

Dog friendly and welcoming. Staff super helpful.
Rooms were very clean. I’d suggest a first day coffee ticket since there is no coffee maker in the room, and a tech upgrade so I can plug in devices with the new standard wires.
Toast food ok. Would love a fresh salad option.
Beach is near and restaurants. I came in off season so not much was going on. Lots of nearby construction too.
