The room was very clean, however, the thermostat on the air conditioner needs to be looked at by a professional. It does not cut off and on on the automatic setting. Like I said before,the staff at check-in would not allow early check-in unless you paid an additional $45, and they were not near enough agents at 4 o’clock to take care of coming people. Also the housekeeping did not clean our room on the first day and I still don’t appreciate the extra $50 a day charge for a deposit in case we used our credit card. I’m a grown-up. I know when I’m gonna use my credit card and when I’m not.

I was unimpressed by the hotel, I was extreme disappointment about my visit. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool, hot tub in the petite suite and the wedding ceremony and wedding reception that I paid for other than that I won’t be visiting there again. I would like to say the Phil’s steakhouse did an excellent job with accommodating my menu for my reception. I would also like to compliment AMY & her staff for helping me with the elevator shutdown and had me escorted down for my wedding day! Thank you soooooo very much!!!!!

Room was reasonably priced, but carpet was frayed and stained in places. I have had some bad room locations, this one, probably the worst. When you opened the blinds you saw a high wall on all three side with the only view being the buliding mechanicals, couldn't even see the sky. However to be fair, the bed was comfortable and bathroom nice. All that said, the hotel gallingly charged $18 for a bottle of water, I've had lower priced cocktails. Food options were OK but mostly overpriced, but that's the new Vegas.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel that is smoke free does not have a casino so you don't get the constant noise. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

Very close to broadway and the train stations. Close to MSG and Times Square.

Great place to crash if yiu dont care about amenities. Clean room but needs updated and painted and repaired. Bed was firm.

The recepcionist was rude. I was stock on the elevator because the key didn’t work. They told them of the security guard will help me to verify of the key works, i waited about an hour and the security guard never show up. I told the recepcionist if she can provide me another key. It didn’t work so o ask to speak to a supervisor and finaly she provide me a good key, buy whe I got to the room a employed told me that the door look need to be adjunte because low batery. After they did something to the door my door key it did d t work., and I have to go back and for until everything resolves, it rooms almost 3 hours until everything was fine. My experience was awfull.
