清潔隊尚可，附近住宅區安靜但餐館不多，櫃檯人員較冷漠

The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful navigating my way around Brooklyn. The rooms were clean, hot showers with great water pressure, an excellent bar. Felt like it was all brand new. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Brooklyn.

Room is very clean. Comfortable bedding. Stable hot water. Near Grand Central. However the room assigned to me looks completely different than the picture. Small, old, windows towards ugly view. The toilet has some issues and doesn’t flush smoothly.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, with such good energy and vibe. The rooms are perfection, and the staff amazing. If you go you must go to the roof top bar, it is gorgeous. Thank you for making my stay so nice, this just felt like a slice of calm heaven in the middle of NYC.

The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.
