Overall stay in this hotel is quite good, only downside is that I have requested on Expedia about getting a connecting room, but this request was not informed to hotel and in the end, only got a side by side which is inconvenient for us as we have 3 kids.

Very nicely appointed hotel. We travelled as a family of four, and the standard room was a good size. There is also an small arcade, which the kids loved. The pool and hot tub was also excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend.

The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late.
It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo.
Very convenient location and shopping was fun here.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient for early flights, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport.
Breakfast selection was great and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, a perfect choice for anyone needing comfort and convenience near Hong Kong Airport. Highly recommended.
