Typical nice downtown hotel, had everything except a pool.

This is a traveller's home, Very clean room ,with huge space, super nice staff with very strong communicate. very convenient with full kitchen and laundry.

The aparthotel was very clean. The price was excellent and the host was very responsive. 5 star and definitely staying here again the next time in Toronto!

We had a corner suite facing the racetrack. Room was very large but poorly laid out. In the bedroom there is only a bed, absolutely no where to put your clothes in the bedroom. Only closet was at the doorway/entrance, unfortunately this is where the safe and ironing board are, therefore you can’t hang anything in it. The bathroom is large but only has a single sink, you would expect a double sink in a suite. TV in room only broadcasts Samsung television which is mostly outdated programming. Some of the public washrooms were very dirty (both male/female). Overall my husband and I were very disappointed in this hotel.

Pros: close to airport, some staff are really great, has poor and nice fitness center. Cons: Try to charge $32 for parking, rooms look old and unkept, pool was straight up disgusting (hair and dirt all over the deck and the pool didn’t smell like chorine), some of the staff couldn’t care less that you exist. Overall would not recommend
