Was offered Expedia vip platinum room upgrade to 8th floor with 2 large decks facing diamond pool bar tokens for drinks and free bottle of wine everyone at the hotel was nice I will be back in a month to stay here again

Clean, fresh, updated room with comfortable beds and a nice layout. Convenient location to attractions, beach, restaurants and shopping.
Construction was ongoing, but we were warned and upgraded.

Everything is very clean. Rooms are renovated, beds are comfy.
Very nice and friendly staff.
You get coupons at checkin for a nice, hearty breakfast (many options) for only $5 /person. Restaurant staff is also very friendly and nice.
The hotel is easy walking distance to the Ala Moana mall and walmart. Bus stop to Waikiki (# 8 or #13) is about 7 minutes walk.
Safe area and the hotel was really quiet.
No kitchenette but coffeemaker and small fridge. The Don Quichote market around the corner has a lot of food vendors and stalls and is only about 3 min walk
Stayed 8 nights and would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. Room was clean and met our needs. A little tough to find not sure of location in industrial area. The Chinese restaurant was very good lots of locals.

Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. They even let us take towels and beach chairs the day we checked out. We of course brought everything back, but it was quite remarkable and left a good impression with us. Thanks Queen Kapiolani Hotel!!
