Everything was great until wenfound out that there was no hot running water. First day they said that someone is coming to fix it, next morning they said that the whole neighborhood didnt have hot water. Obviously someone was lying. Other than that everythingelse was allright.

The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.

Great location and room configuration. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The hair dryer situation is the worst of any hotel I have stayed at.

Property has been recently renovated, feels great. Staff great, we’re able to check in us early. Every summer we book this hotel. Walking distance to The Mall.
Transportation to airport this year is 10 euro per adult. Over-all great one night stay.

Clean & comfortable - staff were exceptional
"Close to all transport links, and only 2 metro stops from the city centre. The hotel was as expected - modern, clean & comfortable, but the best thing about it was the staff. Without exception, every member of staff we spoke to went out of their way to help and ensure we had an enjoyable stay."
