鄰近水道橋站，交通方便，環境寧靜但一街之隔仍有多款不同的美食商舖和便利店， 即使遲歸 仍然有不同美食能選擇，酒店內的庭園空間也是能令人放鬆心情的好地方， 浴室也有足夠的空間不會令人感到狹窄， 自助早餐提供的種類也算豐富， 是一個不錯的入住體驗

很可惜洗衣機只有5台，希望可以多增設洗衣機，其他部分都不錯

Near perfect for me. Room is large, cleaning is good with 2 bottle of water each, great for summer. The bath water is instant hot. Only downside is that the metro exits near the hotel has stairs only. But won’t be a problem if you ride JR.

The property is clean and grand, elegantly decorated and furnished. I enjoyed the stay. Only that it's a bit inconvenient to access the Shinjuku JR station. a journey of 25 minute by taxi. The property should provide more frequent shuttle bus to customers who are not driving.

剛步進酒店大門就有職員幫忙提取行李，職員非常有禮貌，服務殷勤。而每次購物拎住一大堆戰利品，剛步入大堂，職員亦會幫忙提取至房間，賓至如歸。早餐豐富，房間大，景觀開揚，放3個大喼執行李完全冇問題，位置又近鐵路站，有機會到東京會再選擇住這裡。

房比想像中空間少 但乾洗分離很好 風筒洗頭用品是用refa 🙂 有咖啡及冰塊可取 毛巾能天天更換 洗衣機使用詳細有說明 方便旅客使用 而且唔太吵鬧聲 接待員親切有禮 枕頭很好 不會太軟 如果能有少量護膚品供使用會更好 地點都方便出行
