Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

Both of our rooms were comfortable despite the extreme heat during our visit, as the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The hotel was in a great location for our tours.

We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is unbeatable, but the beds were disappointing.

I can’t believe that for 1000$ cad we get a room with any view rather than an interior court with no sight to the sky and no direct lighting. I called many times the guest services to help with an Iphone charger as all the plugs were old school USB where the norm is USBC, and they couldn’t even accommodate. Such a disappointment.
