Staff really nice, room size big.
The hotel feels like it's being left to fall apart as it's going through a sale. Restaurant is closed, carpet and furnishings old, air conditioning has to be turned off as it makes a loud ringing noise, windows are dirty.
Good location but stay away if you want anything more then just a place to rest your head

Exceptional stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved the location because it was easy to get around New York and visit all the main attractions. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
