Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

Great hotel only complaint I had was with housekeeping. They need to provide more towels and other than the first night there was no bath mat. Had to use a hand towel to step out into a cold slippery floor. Other than that had a great stay and would definitely return.

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Everything was fine....however, I would not consider this a 5 Star property. We got a great deal on a rate on July 3,4 and that made it fine. If I were paying their normal rates, I'd be unhappy.
