Great location to use to visit attractions and also connect to other surroundings

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

Brand new property from the MONday chain. Rooms are large with Apart-Hotel style amenities. Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient. Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains. The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible... The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.

Washer dryer in the room, just need to get the detergent from the front desk.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

Everything was wonderful! Only thing was laundry was more expensive than we assumed it would be. We ended up using the washer/dryer supplied on the floor, which while easy to use didn’t dry too great.

Hotel is nice but extremely overpriced.

Beautiful, clean spacious rooms with amazing staff. Nestled into a quiet part of town with amazing sites within walking distance

The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).
