Nelson Island Cheap Holidays

Floors in our room were dirty. Stains on one bed cover. Has to be changed. No one to do it. I had to change it myself.

Friendly and helpful staff! The hotel upgraded our room because it was my birthday. I also got a nice hand written card with macarons wishing me a happy birthday. Loved our stay here!!

The property was convenient for the activities I had planned. I like to stay in unique places when I travel. I'm american so the rooms were smaller than what we are use to in the US, but this was expected and wasn't a problem for me.

It is right at cruise terminal just get on elevator and you are there.. walkable to restaurants and activities

I had reservations for a room with 2 beds. Our plane was going to be delayed so I called to confirm a late arrival. Our plane ended up being delayed even further putting us in at 1:00am... Again I called and told the desk we would be there around 2 am due to baggage pickup and travel time from airport. When we arrived we were told it would be a15 min wait before we could get our room then we were asked if a king bed would do. They offered to put a cot in the room. This in my opinion was unacceptable. I reserved a particular type room and called twice letting them know we indeed were on our way but clearly they have the room away anyway and the made very tired travelers wait while they scrambled to get us another room.

Excellent central location. Beautiful suite with balcony, turn down service, and v. pleasant and accommodating staff. Bacchus is a fantastic place for a drink, dessert, tea or a meal. Love this hotel!
