"Mark was very accommodating and my room was really big and comfortable Water pressure very good for having a shower I only stayed 1 night but I know the area very well and the guest house is a short walk from most places in town but quiet and peaceful guest house location Penrith is a beautiful picture ..."

"Wasn’t given any information on arrival about what facilities on offer ie food, spa etc given key and that was it. Room was modern, clean apart from some grubby parts in the bathroom which need some cilet bang! The room and bed was nice and comfy. We used the spa, has a whirlpool which was okay, ..."
