"The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation."

"Cockroach races were on! Was there 1 week and they never cleaned the room, asked for towels they said there were none, tv didn’t work, room flooded during thunderstorm, complained every day and they didn’t do anything, last day they cleaned room but left the pile of towels from the flood laying on ..."
